You will be required to select a delivery date, Monday-Saturday, and provide delivery details during checkout. We can typically accommodate same day orders placed before noon.

We deliver to Carmel-by-the-Sea, Carmel Valley, Carmel Highlands, Big Sur, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, Monterey, Seaside, Marina and parts of Salinas. We do not offer shipping or pick up at this time.

For Carmel-by-the Sea, please enter the directional address, i.e. "Casanova 2SE of 7th," and the house name or a defining feature if available. While we do our best to meet delivery time requests, we do not guarantee timing as our schedule is affected by flower availability, order volume, required delivery routes, traffic, etc.

A custom Carmel Gardens enclosure card and envelope is included with each arrangement. You will have the opportunity to provide a personalized card message at checkout.

HOW IT WORKS:

Step One: Contact us at hello@carmelgardensfloral.com to let us know where to pick up.

Step Two: Leave your vase(s) outside.

Step Three: We will pick up when we're in your area next, typically within 2 business days.

Step Four: You will receive an email from us with a coupon code. Simply input that code at checkout when placing your next order to receive your discount. Coupon codes are good on all Carmel Gardens products and never expire.

Help your orchid live its best life by keeping it in a well-lit spot, out of direct sunlight and away from drafts or heat sources. Water only when planting medium feels dry, typically every 2-3 weeks, with 1/3 cup of room temperature water. The roots should never sit in standing water. In order to protect furniture, our planters either do not have drainage holes or are lined with plastic, which can be removed to improve drainage. Wipe dust from the leaves with a damp towel to ensure light reaches the foliage. If well cared for, orchid blooms should continue for approximately 4 weeks.
